Hello Everyone!
My name is Bailey, my love for flowers began as I studied floral design for 4 years at Harford Technical High School. I have been working in the floral industry since 2016. I graduated in 2021 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from UMGC. I fulfilled my dream of starting my own business doing what I love the most in 2021.
A little back story about how I chose the name Marigold: I wanted a business name that had meaning to me. My grandmother’s name was Mary so I chose Marigold as a way to represent her through my business. My grandmother was the biggest supporter of me and my dream of having my own floral business one day. Come to find out, the botanical name of a desert marigold is actually, “Baileya”, once I learned this, I knew the name Marigold was meant to be.
I am so passionate about what I do. It truly fills my heart to bring joy and happiness into people’s lives with the beauty of flowers
